Nizza Monferrato

Visit this cozy little town full of history located only a few kilometers from our place and is home to a little more than 10,000 people. There are lots of reasons to visit Nizza Monferrato more than that it is incredibly beautiful and has an exciting history.

There are several genuine Italian cafes. They have a wonderful ice cream bar that you just must not miss, ask us more when you are here. The domestic restaurants offer a unique experience of the local food culture.

Here you get to experience the real Italy and you will find small shops of various kinds, butchers, bakers, cheese shops and more. Last but not least, there are lots of places, big and small, that can serve fantastic wines.

The third Sunday of each month is the antique market. Mercatino dell’Antiquariato Nicese.

Rent a bike or scooter

Renting an electric bike is in our opinion the absolute best way to experience Piedmont and all the wonderful places around us. Go on a journey of discovery after our tasty breakfast, discover the lovely and genuine Italian small villages and try the local food. Or go to different winemakers, butchers and come back to us and eat well and spend the rest of the day by the pool.

Wine tasting

Try the the Piemonte regions different grapes and get a personalised tour around the vineyards. One of the most popular grapes in the region are the Nebbiolo grape, which often is used in the famous Barolo-wine. Villa Bella Piemonte has its own wine, which can be served with dinner, at the pool or to enjoy at your own patio. Perhaps you are a golf enthusiast, then experience the magnificent golf courses around the Piemonte region. There is several courses to visit around the B&B, approximately a 30-60 minutes car ride. Exercise

The Piemonte Region is famous for its great hills, and they are not only beautiful to look at, but also great for exercise. Alone or with a guide, you are able to challenge yourself and your company to either bike or run at the trails around the region. If you are interested in racing, you are able to participate in the races in cycling or running, that are held few times every year.
