Booking terms and policies
1. Comprehensive content
Terms and conditions applies with rent of rooms and services at Villa Bella Piemonte, VBP in Piemonte, Italy.
2. Prices and additional costs
Price per room on website, additional guests can be added into the reservation for an extra fee. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. Children up to 3 years of age, stays for free in company of paying adult.
Nizza county charges an tourist tax, 1,5 euro/person/day up to 5 days. Children up to 10 years of age do not apply for the tax.
3. Terms of payment
An advance of payment by 30% of the total price of the room must be payed 10 days after the reservation confirmation has been recieved.
Final amount of the payment must be payed no later than 30 days before the reservation date at Villa Bella Piemonte.
When booking for the following calendar year, the advance is due on 01.01 the year the stay will take place.
If terms of payment fails to be upheld, we have the right to cancel the reservation.
If reserveration has been made within the last 30 days of the reservation date, payment of the total amount will be payed in full in conjunction with booking.
Payment will be sent to account number attached in reservation confirmation.
4. Arrival and departure
Check-in at 16.00 or later.
Check-out no later than 11.00.
If nothing else is agreed upon.
Any extra costs or services must be payed before departure.
5. Responsibilities and requirements
The customer is responsible for any damage that he / she or another member of the travel party inflicts on the room or property through an act or negligence. If the room is left with defects or damage without notice, the cost of repair / replacement will be invoiced to the customer afterwards.
Guests have access to the pool, parasols and sun loungers, and use is at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by adults when staying by the pool.
Villa Bella Piemonte is not responsible for losses, damages or personal injury customer may incur during the stay due to circumstances over which Villa Bella Pieonte has no control of. This also applies to damage / theft of parked vehicles.
6. Change in reservation
If Villa Bella Piemonte has to make a significant change to the booking agreement, the customer, after being informed of the change, has five days to cancel the contract free of charge. The amount paid will then be refunded.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise, Villa Bella Piemonte reserves the right to terminate the contract before the start of the rental period. In such a case, payments already made will be refunded in full. Other costs in conjunction with the trip are not covered by Villa Bella Piemonte.
7. General information
Bed for infants or highchair is avalible.
Bed for infants, highchair or extra bed must be reserved at time of booking.
Rooms are cleaned weekly. For a surcharge of 5 euros per room per day, daily garbage disposal, bedding and light cleaning are offered. Agreed upon the booking.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed in the designated area.
No extra people outside the agreed travel party are not allowed.
Minimum 3 rental days.

8. Cancellation agreements
With a cancellation before 90 days of the stay, advanced payment will be refunded. An administration fee of 50 euro will be added.
With a cancellation within 90-30 days of the stay, the advanced payment will be retained by Villa Bella Piemonte.
With a cancellation within 30-15 days of the stay, 75% of the full amount will be retained by Villa Bella Piemonte.
With a cancellation within 15 days or less of the stay, 100% of the full amount will be retained by Villa Bella Piemonte.
Cancellation of reservation is done by written e-mail to info@bellapiemonte.com.
If the customer does not arrive to Villa Bella Piemonte, or is delayed, this does not give any right to a refund of price. Likewise if the customer chooses to travel before the rental period has expired.
